Recent graduate Alex Beato learned what the value of a Berry education truly meant to her through years of academic internships, work opportunities and mentors.
“Berry has made an incredible difference in my life,” Alex says. “I knew I was getting an opportunity of a lifetime when I chose to come here, but never did I imagine I would have the experience these past four years have given me.”

Since graduating from Berry College in 2006, Hannah has worked in New York and Los Angeles as a costume designer for major films and television , including “Avengers: Infinity Wars” and “Captain Marvel.”
Senior creative technologies major Patrick Groh is taking his considerable experience in programming and innovation to Yulista Aviation in Hunstville, Alabama, for a full-time, paid internship as soon as he graduates.
Senior Beth Anne DeKeizer came into Berry with a dream of becoming a museum curator. After testing the waters as a curator at Oak Hill and the Martha Berry Museum, she learned that it wasn’t where her passion really lies. Thanks to connections she developed at Berry, Beth Anne started working behind the scenes for the student-run multimedia website Viking Fusion, and began to find her passion.
Two weeks as a 12-year old patient at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta set Melody Dreyer on a dream path to becoming a pediatric nurse – in that same prestigious institution. A decade later, before she’d even completed her Berry nursing degree, she had a job offer to do just that.
